Therapy dogs at work!

For today’s weekly photo line up, I have decided to include some photos that I took observing how dogs can help those with emotional needs feel a little bit better.

Here are some pictures that I took of therapy dogs working with the children at the Asian Women’s Welfare Association’s Special School for Children.

A chow chow undergoing a grooming session, captured in the two photos above, and photos taken with a child at the AWWA special school below.

Therapy Dogs Collage 2

Therapy Dogs Collage 3

A lab obligingly supporting some rings for a child at AWWA, and a feeding session with a lab puppy.

  1. Aw how fun! The dogs look like they really are enjoying themselves. Glad I found your blog – I think the link to it on your G+ profile is wrong so I couldn’t find it earlier.

    1. Ah, hi Ann, apologies for that, thanks for letting me know! Have already amended the link, it hopefully works now. Glad to connect with you!

  2. Hello! I just found you through the WW blophop and I am so glad I did! I love your site as I often write about animal rights. I love your WW and all you do for animals. My WW was about our cat, which we rescued last year. Question: do you have an animal bloghop as well? My email is – thanks!

Do say hello!
